A couple of reasons why you can't find what you requested is because you have been abusing the use of the generator and we have simply ingored the request. Another reason is that you have not been waiting long enough. Try waiting a little while longer and you should get it. If you still do not get the requested items/currency, re-enter the message at this webpage and add a note with the message that the first request did not work.
Where do I find my reward?
It's not really a reward. There is no human verification required, so you can enter the information needed and when it is done you should find it directly on your account. You may need to reset your password because our actions through the server can get the attention of the admins and they may change the password of the desired account.
